Payment Terms
Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the service.
Customer Obligations
Customers must ensure that all items to be moved are properly packed and securely loaded. The Service Provider is not responsible for items that are not adequately prepared for transport.
Liability

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the service will incur a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.
